Basically, it's all of that. Intimidation, fear of rejection, and some people just don't even like havin a girlfriend or talkin to a girl who looks that good because they assume they are spoiled and probably stuck up. I know dudes who might not even get with a super fine female if they had the chance, because they always gotta be worried about dudes tryin to holla at her and all. Also, some fine girls just have that look on their face like "yeah I know I'm fine, so don't even try to talk to me."
But to me, there is two types of bein like super, amazingly fine. There is the one that usually describes most sex icons, who have that sexy ass intimidatin look, that if you saw in person and they weren't famous, would just seem like they were too confident and stuck up. Then there are the fine girls that are more less "cute" because they might look bomb as ever, but they are always smilin and they look like they are very nice.
