Are CIAA schools low quality in peoples eyes?

I go to Fayetteville State and I was just wondering if people outside the CIAA think of us all low quality Institutions. Sometimes I am embarrased to say where I go to school at when I am asked even though I love my school.

I'm not a school is a school..when you graduate regardless of where you graduate eveyone is going to end up with the same diploma. and i'am not ashamed to say that i go to Bowie State University..
