Talking to- getting to know one another...on the phone...going out OCCASIONALLY...flirting

means ya'll are just gettin to kno each other,
no commitment...which means u can talk to more than just him,
a step before dating
Boyfriend/Girlfriend: ya'll are one on one... which means that’s he’s off limits to any other female
Dating : another way to say he's mine....(for ya'll slow ones...it means don't mess wit him)
