Default "Not a Day Goes By"

This was was the first book I've ever read by E. Lynn Harris. I enjoy the way he writes. There are plenty of plot twists that just come out of no where. I mean some books you can guess what is about to happen ::coughZANEcough:: but I really enjoyed reading this and I think I may have to go pick up the sequel "Anyway the Wind Blows"

Anybody read this book...comments?

OMG! I have another window open to amazon.com and I was just thinking if I should purchase the book! :P Was it really that good? I haven't read any of his novels but I have heard so much about him. Michael Baisden books are excellent as well. You should check out Never Satisfied: How And Why Men Cheat<---VERY good read; Maintenance Man is EXCELLENT as well as Men Cry In The Dark, all by Mike Baisden.

I read it and liked it, the only thing I didn't like was the fact that it was so short, did you know they're making it into a play?? the sequel is also pretty good. I like Yancy and Basil's storyline 8)

^^^ Yeah I have to pick up the sequel during my next book run. I read "Not a Day Goes By" in like 3 days. I loved how he told the end of the story first..then back-tracked...and then concluded the end. I can't wait to meet the new "character" in the sequel...from the excerpt he seems interesting.

Started reading "Any Way the Wind Blows" and I'm loving it so far. Has anybody read it...what do you think about Bart. He's acting just like a little biyatch right now....I'm only on pg.121...so don't give up too much. But he's so hooked on Basil and the dude don't even want him.
