okay I am an amazon.comaholic and I have an extensive collection of good reads including novels. However, I feel my collection is not complete without Harris and Dickey novels. Has anyone read any of Eric Jerome Dickey or E. Lynn Harris' books and if so which ones do you recommend? I am ordering my books for July so I can have some good reads when I'm off from work. Thanks in advance

I'm a true EDJ fan! I read every book he's written or featured in. I would recommend them all, but the best ones are Cheaters, Friends and Lovers, and Thieves Paradise. He has a new one coming out July 19 called Drive me Crazy. E Lynn Harris is a very good author as well. I only read two of his books What becomes of the Brokenhearted and Invisible life. They were both really good and similar. I would recommend the first one over the second one only because it's his memior.

I have read many of their books, my favorite EJD book is Friends and Lovers, I really want to read his new one called Drive me Crazy. I really liked E.Lynn Harris' Not a Day goes by, Any Way the Wind Blows, A love of my Own, and If This World Were Mine. His books have a lot of recurring characters so I suggest you read the invisible life series first and then the Yancy and Basil series next.
