Default A crazy idea, but it just might work....

I was thinking that if any people in here were writers, they could start up a thread and post short stories.. like they would start the new topic, post the first installment.. get feedback. Then come back and post the second installment, and so on, and so on...

It may be dumb, but I don't write friggin poetry, and they have somewhere to post their stuff. I didn't want to get locked or free posted  , so I decided to just see if it was a good idea first.

sounds like a great idea 2 me...

i would love to participate, except it's hard for me to write short stories...

ya'll know me just saying "yes" or "no" to a question is hard as it is...my short stories would end up being novels, lol...i think with short stories, u have to pre-think everything about it before you begin writing...b/c you have to keep from it being borderline-novel material, ha...

maybe if i see what types of stories others put up (& how they put it up), i'll attempt it...

Yeah, short stories do require a lot of outlining and pre-thinking... it has to be completely pre-meditated. But I will definitely start working on something and post it up...

Yeah that would be a good idea, I'm sure everyone has a story to tell, Fact or fiction, really doesn't matter just do it. I wouldn't mind it would be yet another way to get to Know each other.

I haven't written a good story in quite a while, and the last few I wrote were more along the lines of what you would find in a Zane booK... and those are stories I wrote in '97 long before I started reading novels.

I would go find them and post'em, but 1) Central ain't ready for that type of madness that goes on in my head and 2) Ain't nuthin' short about what I do. If I start it, then I'm gonna finish it... RIGHT!

But I do liKe the idea
