As a female, I'm going to say that it's just not males feeling the pressure to lose their virginities either. You don't see females holding on to it, or even wanting to hold on to it because they're such a rarity. So males want to lose their virginities because they basically want to prove their lil manhood or what have you, but females want to give it up because who wants to be that one lonely ass college virgin?

Exactly!! So, males usually feel the pressure from other males, specifically those in their inner circle. Females on the otherhand feel the pressure mostly from males because of the mindset "if you dont, then someone else will". And so many times females fall into that just to have someone pay them a small amount of attention.

I donno....every female has a different mindset. The stronger ones realize that if a dude just wants sex, he'll say ANYTHING to get it, and they know that he could easily walk away forever after he gets it...so they don't even consider givin him, or anybody else a chance, until they are ready. The ones worried about "lonely college virgins" who end up givin it up just for attention are.....sad to say....but weak as hell...and they end up bein depressed and having that "eff ALL men" attitude after gettin played for their goods.

I do agree with what you're saying. My main point is that women get stuck with kids, so they can't deny having them. Whereas men don't and they can say nah I aint got no kids, or I don't even know if it's mine. It just blows me away how some guys act when it comes to taking responsibility for their actions. It would be so funny to see how dudes would feel if they had the kids and the women they were with denied them. I know its two sides to everything, there are some women who should be ashamed of their actions.

I agree with what you're saying but it is never that simple. Strong girls, and those who think past the moment. Sometimes people get caught in the moment and make unwise decisions that they later regret. It doesn't necessarily mean that they are weak, it just means they had a weak moment. You live and learn. You may fail the test, but just don't forget the lesson.

^^Yeah I agree that we all have weak moments. I just feel that for somebody to be a virgin in college, when I'm 98% sure that they've been tried or tested all throughout high school..then to just give it up outta nowhere, is kinda suspect to me. I'm sure that most virgins have moments where they want to lose their virginity...but for those who make it past HS, I'm sure that they had to be stronger than most just to get through that, and for them to let it happen so easy in college is confusing to me.

Well I know for me my parents were very protective, almost over protective. I swear my dad scared most of the guys who tried to talk to me. And when you go to college you have more freedom you don't have your parents there telling you, you can't go out or do this or that. Which makes it easier to lower your standards at times. Plenty of girls who have been sheltered easily give it up when they get away from home. It all depends on the girl and what she stands for. And sometimes it goes a bit deeper than that.

i am an 8th grader and i know alot of the boys at my school who are ''clean'' and they think it is a good thing cuase they think it makes them a man but it doesn't i personaly am saving myself until i feel like i am ready to give it up .and i would think a guy would too cuase evey persone you have sex with who ever they did it with it is like you are doing it with them to and that is nasty ( and means evey body that they have done it with and you are just some one else they have done it wit) so that is my opinion and i am female and proud of it....and still a virgin
