I know a lot of dudes that go to Virginia State University and Virginia Union University...these dudes swear they are thugs...which raises the question.... Can Thugs be in College??

Hey yeah. It really irriates me when these perpratrators think smoking blacks or weed, wearing they're clothes a certain way, or talking a certain way is somewhat proving that they are thugs. I'm sorry, you can't be at Hampton and claim to be a thug.
