Gotta look sexy for the females and most importantly for yourself. I may be young but i kno what im talkin bout. I weigh 176, 5'9 and i bench 220, squat 415, power clean 205, and deadlift 405 lol i kno im feelin myself but.... Gettin to succeed in your desires you gotta go through a long process and patience is key. My man all you gotta do is calisthenics. If you are able to lift your own natural weight your strength will increase rapidly. While doin this I'd lift weights, particularly all types of benching (towel, chain all that), than squats or leg presses cause it aint a good look if your upper body all toned and you have a chicken lookin lower body. Do various excersies for your shoulders, and arms and forearms because ladies like that type of ****. lol
While doing all this make running second nature to you. It burns fat and tunes, and makes your heart stronger. Start off going easily than contiue to more rigourous **** while running.
Many people need help so some people use supplements. Great supplements that help in all this is Hydroycut, Ripped Fuel, or any type of Whey products. Do it up my mand and get ya weight up!!!!!
