Default Something new to talk about

Do we even really want to talk about something new? *inhales* Because men and women havent really changed much over the years... We talk until we either like or dislike the person. Im sure there are the few, like I, who converse to enlightenment or get life's questions off my chest but when has it ever been okay to do this sh*t...

Woman: Hey let's have a conversation
Me: Okay.

*3 minutes of random conversation*

Woman: You're insightful, are you single?
Me: N...
Woman: Not like it matters, you're so *random compliment*. Lets go out to eat sometime.
Me: B...
Woman: You dont have to answer now, its okay really. I really like your style and...youre just so easy to talk to!
Me: *shaking my head, trying to push out that annoying ringing noise in my ear*

So basically she didnt want to indulge in my intelligence (not to sound showy), but rather...she wanted to know I was intelligent enough not to be stupid. At that point, aside from everything else, thats all she needed to then like me.

How in the f*ck, after a few words of conversation, do you derive ANYONES personality? Thats how people get in the sh*t theyre in. Thinking they already know someone when there are so many facets to the human personality and psyche that its hard to even know yourself. I just need a witness...

While i agree about people having different facets to their personalities, many people never show that their are other sides to them. For instance, when a guy say's ,"i'm not all about sex". Well, how would i be able to tell if all he ever talks about is sex?? If there is more to you, than why not show it. Personally, having a diverse conversation, makes me want to know even more about that person.

hmmm...i never have a problem finding interesting things or new things to talk about with people or females because there's something new happening everyday and i couldn't tell the female about myself in just one convo...and she couldn't tell me all about her in one convo either...

there's always something to talk about and if it gets boring and rutine, just start talking about random crap...

was this thread even about that? i don't care...i'm, just in the mood to type today 8-)

Men talk about what interests them, not necessarily whats "always on their mind". I dont have to talk about Oprah 24/7 to seem mature, because Id still be the big freak I am if I did. Sex is on my brain like my Scalp.

But it doesnt rule me. Enough about that. The focus is more on the purpose of conversation - how we use it. Getting to know her? Tryiing to seem cool, calm and collected so you can "get in" (to the players out there, you know what I mean). Why would a freak and a hoish male even think about having a conversation?

Probably so neither of them feel cheap. To say things like "Oh, she wasnt talkin about nothin so I just gave her some and let her go" or "He aint sh*t, so I just let him have it and cut that n*gga off). Real smoove people, real smoove.

On a more intelligent note :P , I think convo is being used more for sex than it is just for convo sake. Men and women alike. Ive talked my way into some GOOOOD se *realizes people are watching*. *Hehem* Anyways...
