It was just something they did back then...( probably still do now)...to determine how successful you'd be in life. My mom said people made her take it once. It's craaaazy.

I don't really have a preference. If anything, I see more black (and white) women with saying outlandish statments like what ol' boy said. For instance...

"You're not black enough."
"I don't date lighskinned *****s. They have little dicks..."
"I only date thugs."
"You're too rich for me."

Explain THAT... :???:

^^^ Isee what u saying stereotypes and ignorance comesin both sexes and all races and lightskinned boys with small dingz dingz? not the ones I know of lol but preference is one thing but plain ignorant is anotha and the two negros were just that ignorant they didnt have no logic explanation to why they called Johnelle ugly nor did they have reason to back up why they felt tha way they did. Do you think its where a perosn comes from or what they are exposed to? for the most part I do and its sad like Puerto Rican Model said it staginates us as a race of people so true!

AGAIN ITS STUPID TO THINK THAT LIGHT IS BETTER THAN DARK OR DARK BETTER THAN LIGHT ITS CRAZY!! We are all people of color and ihave to agree with ginia cuty and Puertorican Model it does staginates us why do guys hurt these females feelings like that? thats insane to me!

^^^...Aight now, lets not just limit it to guys. I've definitely been told by a female they couldn't date me cause I was ligthskinned and therefore had the potential to be grimey.
