at morgan state, freshman wit cars can drive
. in ur case however, the best thing 2 do is get in good wit an upperclassman with a car, and/or just simply ask around. after all, ur not the only female that gets her hair, eyebrows , nails or whatever done. most colleges have such shops nearby (2 take broke college kids $) that u can either walk 2 or take a shuttle/bus. and since u go 2 an hbcu there's probably plenty of girls right at ur school that can hook ur hair up and/or give u sum good references! u'll b straight
I wouldnt know about not being able to have a car on campus cuz at my school u are allowed too...and second semester i did. But u can always meet someone with a car.....if ur going to school close to home (1hr-3hrs away) u can always go home on a weekend and get them done. You'll find a way-and u have time 8)
