Ok I've noticed that there are a lot of people starting topics that are already in another forum........(I.E. 5 Threads about Saddam)
This Takes up much needed Bandwith...........
So In order 2 Control Bandwith and bring some type of order 2 the Board please look 2 make sure nobody else has started the topic already.......
If there is a topic close 2 the one you are about to start then reply to that.........
Because if I come across 2 of the exact same topic then I'm gonna delete the one with the least amount of post or the newest one..........

So Just so U are forewarned make sure that your topic is not already on the board And if U wanna make Sure that there isnt a topic on here like yours already use the SEARCH feature Located In tha menu along with the profile and member links
