I went there for undergrad and masters, so we lived in the older dorms. McLean Residence Hall was just renovated in 2002.
New Residence Halls (I and II) had some mold problems in 2003 and they gutted the entire thing and rebuilt the inside. Everything in that dormitory is brand new (2004), and they are four-bedroom in-line suites, doubles, and singles depending on what you are willing to pay for. Each suite has a bathroom, and a living room area.
In 2005, a renovated Annie Day Shepard will re-open. It was the best dormitory on campus when I was in school in terms of location and personal freedoms (it was the honors dorm). It will be a four bedroom suite dorm as well. Students who currently live in Latham Hall will be moved into there and it will most likely be used as an athletics dorm next fall.
New Baynes Dormitory will open in January 2005 (hopefully); it will be filled with freshmen girls from Eagleson Hall which is closing for renovation.
You can see most of those dorms at our bond site:

We do have about 200 additional students living in the Millenium Hotel until new Baynes is completed. That may seem bad, but most of the students there love it, as they have a TV provided, private bathrooms, and room service. In addition they have FULL sized beds.
Now there will be some students who will be stuck with Old Baynes, Old Graduate Housing and maybe even Chidley Hall (males); that's why it's important to get your forms in early this year.
I now work on campus, and I enjoyed it as an undergrad and I love seeing students now. Just remember to surround yourself with good people and remember, since you're an older student to be patient with younger student and you'll be just fine.
