Default Financial Aid Question?
To my fellow Hamptonians, can someone plz tell me what is the point of receiving financial aid if you cant use half of it for tuition, room and board, and whatever else.

Can anyone please help me understand the whole financial aid thing? :? :lol:

I went to a state university which was way cheaper than going to an HBCU so I don't know about Hampton Financial Aid. With such high tuition you would have to rely on Stafford loans, Perkins loans, grants, work study or an on campus part time job, and scholarships.
