Default Told y'all.... y'all wouldn't listen to me....

well, just like i called it... Emeka Okafor wins Rookie of the Year... now i gotta give BG props for making it a close vote, but come on... you can't just ignore the fact that Emeka put up 47 double-doubles for a team that was predicted to have the worse record in history of the NBA... not only did he help lead a very competitive expansion team to wins over Detroit (twice) Miami (who went undefeated vs. every other team in the Southeast Division), and Houston... and not to mention... match the record of the ***** ass Hornets :x (18-64) along w/ beating them sorry ass Hawks 3 times...

Ben Gordon won the 6th Man, which he did deserve... coming off the bench (especially in the 4th quarter) and doing his thing... but he has a lot more support then a guy who's the face of a first year franchise...

Yea that was my pick also...You can't deny emeka. He came in and handled his business as a rookie leading a team...Thats why he was the first pick because unlike dwight howard, his game is mature enough to do what he's done. I was off target w/ my d player of the year tho. I said tayshaun and once again big ben brings it home...steve nash should be gettin his trophy any day now....
