Default BLACK COACHES IN THE NFL

Is it me are all those stereotypes of black coaches never winning being proved wrong.
1. Tony Dungy has his team poised to win the superbowl.
2.Louvie Smith has Chicago winning the division, and probably a first round bye.
3.Marvin Lewis(my boy) has Cincinnati going to the playoffs for the first time in 3000000 years. Damn since 1990.
4.Romeo Crennel has Cleveland competing in every game and soon they will take that next step.

Why I bring this up is to remind everyone of how Detroit passed over all those black coaching canidates to hire a white guy who didn't work out.
Nothing against Moooch he got screwed, but the NFL team owners really need to pay closer attention to minority coaching canidates.

Watch out for Mike Singletary during the next offseason.

alls you have to do is look at what tony dungy and that cat in cincinnatti did by transforming entire franchises (the bengals and the bucs)...

2 franchies that were doing absolutely sh!t nothing for decades and then became respectable under these cat's leadership...

i mean it's hard as hell to do that when an organization has a rep that those tow teams had....because the game is 75% metal and how do you expect the players to truely compete when they know thier organization has had 10,12 20 starit losing seasons?

i'm just curious to see if denny green can do the same thing in phoenix....

dem crackas don't no nuffin' bout no football!

good point....

Dennis Green will probably have two more years to get the Cardinals together.... he needs a whole new QB not named Warner or McCown
