It's Been 2 Seconds

Begin writing this May 4th, 2004...
continued a few days later...
I don't know if it's complete...or just open in the end...but nevatheless...it is one of the many thoughts...goin' on...in la mente...de jameya...

It's only been about 2 seconds
Since we last kissed
And already, I miss your lips.
It's only been about 2 seconds
Since my lips hugged yours
And we locked pores, openin' up new doors.
2 seconds since the gentle brushing of our eyelashes
And since I experienced
Sudden hot flashes...
Derived from a sensation
Indescribable by words
And only expressed in a feeling.

And now it has been 4 seconds...
4 seconds and I'm already feignin'...
Schemin'...dreamin'...
Of a good reason
For our lips to have at least one more meetin'...
Soon - not tomorrow, not the day after...
But second number 5
So I can again feel that...alive.
