there needs to be someone who backs Will up as an admin, and won't abuse their authority... like Mila or Kool or somebody... b/c Will has to maintain the MAIN HBCU site, and then when he gets a free minute, come and frequent the cafe... this admin doesn't have to mess with any of the technical settings, but just maintain order on the board... and if that person chooses, they can create something like an executive board so when one person doesn't come on, there's somebody who will sign on to maintain order, and appoint moderators to the university forum, who then will let people who are attending/going to an HBCU join their forum...
