Aight, in case some of yall dont know...the R. Kelly trial is coming up. I dont know how well some of yall have been following it, but I have been paying attention to it closely as of late.
So the prosecution has a lot of work ahead of them to prove R. Kelly did it. They have to prove that the man on the video is in fact him ( with technology nowadays u can alter anything, so they gotta make sure there was no computer regenerating ) and that the girl on the tape is a minor. One main problem the prosecution faces is that the girl on the tape claims it isnt her, so she doesnt plain to make a testimony against Kelly. This of course works in the best interest of the defense.
So my questions to yall are:
:arrow: Do you think R. Kelly is guilty?
:arrow: If you do think he is guilty, do you think he will get off without a conviction?
:arrow: Do you believe R. Kelly to be innocent? Why??
:arrow: Do you believe R. Kelly is innocent, but he has too much against him that could save his ass on this one?

He'll get off cuz of the protests and the fact that black folks soul'd out and lack originality. They can't fathom a life without some Rra or baby making music or something to dance too so the *****s/******s/commercial cats will come out in full force and protest anything against him. I saw on the MTV special people was like its a plot by the white man and they cant let the white man have him and he is one of our own so his crimes are forgiveable and gosh darn his music is too good to let go away. Black people wont let him go to jail, I bet in the jury all the black folks will vote not guilty and have a hung jury. Look how many people are planning on buying his new cd and supporting him and watch it be the number cd for a while cuz folks lack originality and refuse to try something new, its rather pathetic but anyway r.kelly wont go to jail. Black Folks wont let that happen.I mean what does a lil child molestation mean when in comparion to music you can get crunk too, black folks need to get crunk to something why not let it be a molestor, who cares right?????? Wasnt anyone in your family he messed with.

I Think he is guilty as sin. I *cough*saw the tape on the ave, anyone who believes its computer made and thats not him is smoking some good shyt and getting paid by Rra himself. The *****/****** has a history of liking lil kids he just paid his way outta of trouble. Anyone who thinks is innocent is a super fan and cant face the truth.

sigh... the power of music...
NEway, R. Kelly is definitely guilty. This is coming 2 degrees away from (6 degrees of separation in this case "a friend of a friend"). One of his ex bodyguards is a friend of my boys family. My boy was telling me that the bodyguard quite because he didn't want to be an accomplice to the crimes and that he was sickened by what he saw. The bodyguard is bound to secrecy because of the contract that he signed which basically said that he can't reveal any of R. Kelly's personal info (of course he did, but i think it wouldn't hold in a court of law, maybe not be he thinks it will). He basically explained to my friend that it was no big thing for R. Kelly to have underage girls come thru back stage after a concert or etc., for long periods of time and that Rra had a thing for the young ones. Also he said that anyone who is around him enough knows it because he didn't really hide it in the beginning... Personally, because of who it came from and the fact we have access to, I think its true.
