demmeri to host the 2005 clarIMPICS?
AP NEWS: January 5th, 2005- the demmeri chamber of commerce and community commisoners have been tossing the idea of bringing the 2005 clarIMPICS right here to this city. the idea has been voted upon and approved by city council, but will only be a distance dream unless funding is allowed by the Great Olympic Department. the city of demmeri is asking for funding of $12 million over a 50 year time period to help pay for the city improvements needed to host these world famous games.
Talks are occuring between the chamber of commarce and the Great Olympic Department, but demmeri's dreams to host the clarIMPICS will only be a fantasy without the aid and guidence of this experienced commity, which has helped several other cities host their olympics in the past. without their approval and support, there will be no clarIMPICS.
the benifits of our city hosting the clarIMPICS are outstanding, and the mayor feels that it's time for demmeri to become an international city.
