Okay I need help (P.M.'s) not pms

I can't check my private messages on my home computer. I get the sign in screen that will not allow me to read them. I can see the title of my pm's and my inbox but when I go to check it, I get the "log in screen"
help please!!

Do i need to do something with my computer? it only happens to my home computer!
