After my 1week flirt with Michigan State i just could bot take a econ class with 500+ in it so i came bac...Back 2 the swac..
But my question is do you prefer a small school or a huge school? Mind you Michigan State has 45,000+
Me i like the 1 on 1 here at jsu. All thow people from Msu seen 2 be alot more matture and they move at my pace. I DONT THINK I WOULD TRADE THE SWAC 4 JACK...

DAYum
500 STUDENTZ?!?!?!? IN A CLASSROOM?!?!?!
i mean....goodness...don't get me wrong - i know those types of universities have extremely largely-populated classes...BUT NOT 500...goodness gracious
i couldn't deal w/ that either....
i know that before i came to college, i thought it was really important that i go to a huMONgous school like that....i don't know why, it just seemed "cooler," for lack of better word...
but A&T is nicely-sized....b/c I don't want to go to an itty bitty college....but I still like attending a university w/ a population of 10,000 or so students like A&T....
& in the classrooms....i know some of my classes have been big (for A&T)....& those r pretty str8, but i've come to find that, like u said, the one-on-one-type classes r a little more my cup of tea....like, my Spanish classes...everybody knows everybody, for tha most part b/c everyone doesn't choose to go that high in Spanish...so after intermediate, u start seein' a LOT of tha same faces in ya classes....& u start gettin the same professors & they recognize u more often...which helps u in the longrun...
wow....back @ JSU, huh? Well good luck...and hope it's tha last time u transfer...

My sister-in-law attends Michigan State, and she was telling me that her smallest class last semester had about 450 students! I forgot what courses she said she took, and I can't even imagine how she dealt with it. I'd probably be overwhelmed.
