View Poll Results: What size jeans does your booty wear?
I'm tryin to start a store for black college students by black college students. I'm gonna have black fashion designers come up with new creative styles that fit our bodies, style, and lifestyles. Anyway, I just wanna know what size everybody wears. That's why I started this poll.
I've been hearin for a long time that females have a hard time findin jeans that fit their overall body shape. Usually, it's because their booty to big(I'm in GA- Home of the Peach Booty). Anyway, I've heard of "AppleBottom" Jeans comin out with styles for our extra-blessed sistas, so I wanna run with that idea.
SO LET ME KNOW WHAT SIZE JEANS FIT YOUR HIPS
Also, Ladies, What size shirt do you usually buy? What size jeans feel right on the rest of your body? What size of both do you usually end up buyin?
Fellas, I got a topic for yal too. It's called, "What's You Size Guys?"
well it really depends....because I have big hips, thighs, and booty, but a small waist. Some of my jeans around the waist in the back it flaps out, because they are too big! So i have to wear a belt. I like my shirts in a medium (if fitted) or large...XL...it they boy shirts! O yeah jeans between a 12-16 (18 if I want them really BIG)
Well, I'm still a teenager, so it depends on what department i'm buying stuff in. For themost part, in the juniors department, i wear size 9/10 (L) jeans, in the misses department I wear 6/8. I'm 5'10, so i buy everything long! 8)
AS far as shirts, it depends, also. Those fitted stretchy tees I wear a medium, blouses, large. What always gets me is, youalways see tall models on tv and runways, but in real life, not many companies make clothes that fit right on tall sistahs; they either got that gap in the front, or that gap in the back, or look like yo shoes smokin' weed 'cause they to high, lol. besides express, FUBU, LEVI, and CAvaricci,

I dnt read the post before I did the poll. That makes a difference. Honestly it depends on the brand. the jeans i have on now are stretchy and a size 5. But I have tommy jeans that are 13. I guess it just depends on the cut and the rise. i'm all in low rise jeans now cause my waist is so small that it looks better when they on the hips. I'm a small in shirts and make sure you get some jeans that are LONG cause it's a lot of tall sista's in atl. Let me know when you open up. I need a job!!
yeah i guess it depends on where you buy certain clothing. For example, I buy my jeans at Express and I wear a size 5/6, but if i go to say old navy or the gap i might wear a size 3/4 on up to a 7/8. I think it just depends on how big your thighs and a lowness of the pants. In fitted shirts I wear a medium( I have broad shoulders) and in blouses and sweaters I wear a small.
i wear a 5/6 in jeans and some 3/4. the problem is that my butt is two sizes bigger than my waist my waist is a 3/4 but the but is a 5/6 and they huggin i mean like super tight. so make jeans small in the waist and w/ a lot of room in the bott area
I do have a little junk in the trunk, but I dont mind my jeans being a little fitted over my butt. What I dont like is my thighs being choked. My waist is like a 5/6 but my butt and thighs are a 9/10. But I usually opt for the 9/10 and put a belt on.I wear either small or medium shirts though.
