Curse words...Do you believe?

Who ever said Curse words were curse words??? like there is no list in tha bible that says "Thou Shalt Not use these words: Fu*k, B*tch, Ass, Hell, etc".......I mean I always heard F.U.C.K. = Fornification Under Concent of the King....but where tha hell do all tha other words come from and whose to say they are bad?....society?....**** SOCIETY!!!!!

The words themselves are not bad it's just the context in which people have used them in over the years that has made them bad.

Well I think its from society giving words like *b*tch* a different meaning.People use these words to disrespect and as put downs.This is a matter of ethics and morals.

Yeah, any word can be bad depending on how society wants to use it. For example, "blouse and skirt" is a curse in Jamaica. Now who in tha hell would think they were being cursed out in the US if someone said that to them...no one (unless they know patois).

Seriously, I don't believe curse words are a sin. I highly doubt that many of the words we consider to be curse words were even around during that time. The only one that is probably a sin is God-d#$%*t. "Thou shalt not use the lord's name in vain."
