Family trouble trumps Brown's funeral

The godfather of soul, James Brown, died from heart failure Dec. 25, 2006. Brown was 73 years old. What could be considered even more unfortunate about his death is he has yet to receive a proper burial because his family is arguing over who inherits his fortune.
